The V-3MH is a three-piece ball valve designed for industrial use, suitable for handling liquids, gases, and steam. Its construction allows for flexible integration into existing systems, regardless of flow direction. Maintenance can be performed directly in-line, eliminating the need for complete removal. This helps reduce effort and minimizes downtime.

1 - HAND LEVER
The hand lever with integrated drop latch prevents accidental actuation of the ball valve. The operating lock can be latched in the opened and closed positions alike. The integrated travel stops ensure that the ball stays positioned precisely, avoiding malfunction and increasing operating safety.
The ball valve can be optionally secured by a padlock to prevent accidental actuation.
2 - SHAFT PACKING
The P-RTFE shaft packing effectively prevents medium from escaping and protects the shaft from contamination and debris. The adjustable shaft packing also enables precise adjustment to your specific needs.
3 - VALVE BODY
The stainless-steel body is robust, durable, and ideal for demanding applications. High-quality stainless steel ensures maximal strength and longevity. Clear marking permits traceability.
4 - SEAT
The R-PTFE seat offers optimal fit while being characterized by its high chemical resilience. The carefully coordinated material selection reduces wear and friction while extending service life.
5 - BALL
The precisely machined, high-gloss-polished stainless-steel ball minimizes friction between the ball and seating to ensure low torque and efficient function even in high cycle applications.
6 - CONNECTION TYPE
The V-3MH ball valve is available with different connection types, including female thread ends to ISO 228 and welded ends to ASME B16.25. Other connection types are available upon request.
