Cycle Lock

EBRO cycle-locks are installed where powdered media is discharged from silos, receiver tanks and bigbags and dosed in many cases. They are also used for feeding into downstream production processes, as well as for inertisation of products during transfer operations.

Vibrating Disc keeps products in motion

A wafer type process valve with a vibrator mounted on the lower shaft. The disc is set into linear vibrations before opening to keep the product in motion thus reducing compression. The frequency is controlled via air pressure.

Stafsjö’s WB14E knife gate valve is a high performance shut-off valve with superior flow characteristics, offering bi-directional zero leakage shut-off up to 150 psi/10 bar. It is suitable for media such as pulp stock, chemicals, sludge, bio mass, slurry and water. The fully lugged body design is suitable for dead-end services.

MV

Universally applicable Knife Gate Valve.

Stafsjö’s knife gate valve MV is used within many different fields of applications. The valve has a gate with a bevel edge that effectively cuts through different media. In closed position the gate is pushed onto the seat which gives a tight and reliable sealing. This special shut-off technique makes the MV valve suitable for both fluids and dry media such as pulp, sludge, biomass, powder and different kinds of waste.

XV

Knife Gate Valve

Stafsjö’s knife gate valve XV gives a secure and tight shut-off, independent of pressure direction. The valve has good flow characteristics and can be used in applications with pulp, biomass and sludge, and the Polyurethane seated version further extend its field of applications to abrasive media.

Knife Gate Valve for abrasive media.

Stafsjö’s knife gate valve RKO is reliable and particularly well suited for demanding reject and other abrasive media. The valve’s circular inlet and square outlet together with the gate, that has a rectangular shape and a bevel edge, counteracts clogging and blockages, which often is a problem in combination with junk traps, coarse reject and cleaners.

D2G

Knife Gate Valve with two plates.

Stafsjö’s knife gate valve D2G is a bi-directional tight valve with full bore. The valve is equipped with two hard chromed gates that works towards each other in the bore, which gives an extremely fast operation. This shut-off performance along with its flow characteristics makes it suitable for contaminated media or reject handling. The valve should be mounted only in a vertical pipe line.

Knife Gate Valve for abrasive slurry.

Stafsjö’s knife gate valves SLV and SLF are particularly suitable for abrasive and demanding slurry where operation reliability and low life cycle cost are emphasized. The SLV is a lugged version while the SLF is fully flanged and especially suitable on old non-centred pipes or low pressure applications.
