Universal testing machine H10KS for tensile and compression tests up to 10KN including climate chamber (-70 °C up to + 300 °C) and laser extensometer




With this test equipment numerously physical properties for our elastomer sealing could be tested, like tensile strength, tear strength, compression set, stress relaxation and others. The test results do not help us only for observing the quality of our suppliers, they help us also for further development of our elastomer compounds.

 



FTIR - Spectrometer Bruker Tensor 27 with ATR unit




During the infrared spectroscopy the infrared light will be absorbed by the molecules of the test specimen. Hereby specific spectra will appear, which allows to make a chemical compounds analysis of the elastomer. Each elastomer creates a typical spectrum for identification (Finger Print). The reference spectra will be recorded in an EBRO specific data base. The results of an actual test specimen will be compared with the reference spectra and in form of a hit list it will be shown, which reference spectrum is closest to the inspected elastomer compound. This procedure allows a quick and efficient quality monitoring of our elastomer and guarantees a constant quality.



Balance to determine the density of elastomer




The density descibes the proportion from volume to weight of a specific material. The density inspection of a standardized elastomer test specimen indicates whether the compound proportion of the elastomer will be maintained. Tolerance deviations let conclude that the compounds are not as same as the reference elastomer.



Helium leakage detector Leybold type Phoenix L300




The Helium leakage detector from Leybold enables us to make tightness test for our valves, which do correspond to the highest requirements of TA-Luft (TA = Technical instruction for purification of air)

 



Torque indicator Lorenz DR12 up to 1.000 Nm


With the torque indicator the torques of our valves, electric and pneumatic actuators will be measured. Via RS232 interface it is possible to record the measure results or to prepare the data as characteristic lines on PC.

 



Test benches for long time operating tests


The test benches allow us to determine the life cycle of our valves, the tests gives us first of all information‘s about the life cycle of  liner sealing under different  application conditions (wet or dry, pressure less or pressurised). Under different application conditions also the life cycle and quantity of possible operation cycles of our actuators can be determined.



Temperature test bench


The torque attitudes of our valves under different temperature conditions can be tested with this test bench.
