The first part which will be machined on the machine after first set up, will be firstly measured on a CMM. Only if the measure results are OK the serial production for the product will be started. Especially first samples and huge single parts can be measured easily and reliable. For completing special measure jobs the hand controlled CMM is also very applicable.

Documentation of the test results on basis of SPC

The determined measuring results will be recorded in integrated quality assurance software at the machine. Errors will be recognized immediately from the beginning and by targeted actions sequence errors can be prevented. After evaluation of the measuring results long term actions could be seized, this will assure the further improvement of the production process.
